Ride hailing app Namma Yatri will kick off subscription fees for drivers on its platform, starting September
Auto rickshaw drivers in Bengaluru will have the option to either pay Rs 25 per day for unlimited trips, or Rs 3.5 per trip for up to 10 trips per day, beyond which the trips will be free, the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) enabled firm said in a statement on Tuesday.
Drivers opting for the daily payment option of Rs 25 don’t have to pay on days they don’t take more than one ride through the platform. The firm is “committed to maintaining this fee structure for one year and actively exploring further price reductions in the future,” Shan MS, chief growth officer of Juspay, which developed the mobility app, said in a statement.
