Refund Policy

Once customer wishes to purchase the technical support services from Neptune Solution , they can ask for a full refund of the amount paid for the service(s) to Neptune Solution within 15 days from the day of purchase, provided the service(s) promised to the customer are not delivered within the time frame promised to them.

If the customer requests for a refund within 15 days from the day of purchase and issue addressed by the customer is resolved, it will be on company's sole discretion to offer him a partial or complete refund of the amounts paid for the particular service(s).

If the customer requests for a refund after 15 days from the day of purchase of the services, Neptune Solution will not be responsible to consider the request for the same. It will be completely on 'Neptune Solution' discretion to process a refund or not. However customer will not be able to claim for any refund after 15 days from the day of the payment made to Neptune Solution.

Once the refund is approved the refund will be processed within next 7 business days and the money will be credited to the customer's credit/debit card or account under consideration for the same which was used at the time of purchase.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE SERVICES

Neptune Solution reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the services (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to the price, content, features, hours of availability or nature of the services. Subscribed customers may be notified via e-mail about any changes in the service plans/charges/prices before 15 days of the changes actually coming into effect. We will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so. In case Neptune Solution embodies any such modification, you may terminate your further service subscription or Neptune Solution may terminate this agreement and any services at any time upon notifying you via e-mail, provided you will be entitled to receive the services for any period for which you have already paid or receive a pro-data refund of your fee at Neptune Solution sole discretion.
